Our Limbering classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength and overall
body control, key foundations for all styles of dance. Through structured stretching, conditioning and mobility exercises, dancers safely increase their range of motion and prevent
injury.
Available for both Juniors, Inters and Seniors, these classes support better
technique across all disciplines, from higher extensions and improved posture to cleaner lines and greater ease of movement. Limbering is vital for long-term dancer development, ensuring bodies stay
strong, balanced and performance-ready.
Acro combines dance technique with acrobatic skills, creating a dynamic and exciting style that builds both strength and agility. In our Acro classes, dancers learn safe progressions for tricks such as balances, rolls, walkovers and aerial skills, all seamlessly integrated with dance movement.
For Juniors Inters and Seniors alike, Acro enhances coordination, flexibility, and confidence, while teaching discipline and body awareness. It’s an excellent way to
expand a dancer’s skillset, adding versatility and performance impact. Acro not only challenges dancers physically but also encourages resilience and determination skills that benefit them both in
and out of the studio.
